Billing works as follows:
1. The normal rate for simulations is $0.01 per installed horsepower,
per run. If you want to simulate a boat with a single 500 hp motor,
then 500 power units, or the equivalent of $5.00 will be deducted from
your account.
2. There is no limit on how many credits you may purchase. See below!
